    When Eagles Band Concert Tour?

  • One of the most popular bands in the history of rock music, the Eagles, is set to go on a concert tour in 2023. It is expected to start in March and end in late summer, with several dates lined up for North America and Europe. This is the first time the band has ventured out on the road since 2017-2019 when the band played sold-out stadiums and arenas on the An Evening With Eagles tour.

The Eagles are among the most successful bands in history, having sold over 150 million copies of their albums. Their album, Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975, is the number one-selling album in America and is now 38x platinum. The Eagles have been arguably one of the greatest rock and roll bands of all time with their ever-green classic rock hits including Hotel California, Take It Easy, Life in the Fastlane, and Desperado. Their album, Hotel California, which includes the titular track song, has sold over 32 million copies worldwide.

The tour planned for 2023 stands out as it will have the so-called “core four” Eagles members – Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit, and Deacon Frey. Lead vocalist and founding member Glenn Frey passed away in 2016, but his position was taken by his son Deacon. Many people believe that Deacon gives fresh ideas at the age of 26 while still honoring his father. This four-piece lineup was active in 2017-2019 and gave a great number of concerts that showed that the Eagles still had their special sound.

Well, when and where, more specifically, can fans look forward to seeing the Eagles perform in 2023? Here is a breakdown of the tour schedule and some key details:

    North America Tour Dates:

It begins in Raleigh, North Carolina on March 17th, 2023 in the North American region. Raleigh will be two shows and then they’ll continue with shows across the Southeast Region in the U. S Major cities include Atlanta, Nashville, Miami, Tampa, and Houston.

May sees the Eagles taking their tour up the East Coast with plans for shows in Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston, and New York. For New York fans, the band will be performing for two nights at the Madison Square Garden. The other cities in the Northeast that the show intends to visit are Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Hartford, and Toronto.

The Eagles, during June and July, take their show to the Midwest. Some of the locations include Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Denver, and Salt Lake City, among others. The last currently planned concert in North America will be held on July 29th, in Phoenix, Arizona. However, given the high demand, this is an indication that more dates could be incorporated shortly.

    Europe Tour Dates:

Following shows in the United States and Canada, the Eagles will perform in Europe during the fall of 2023. They said that they are going to travel to Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands when they are abroad.

The tour begins in Dublin on September 5th and 6th and then takes five nights at the O2 Arena in London. Other performances are also scheduled for Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, and Birmingham. Further particulars regarding certain locations and dates that the tickets will go on sale in the rest of continental Europe are still pending.

Setlist Expectations for the 2023 Tour:

Regarding the performance list, all the classic hits and such favorites will be performed by the Eagles. Of course, songs like ‘Hotel California’, ‘Desperado’, ‘One of These Nights’, ‘Take It Easy’, ‘Lyin’ Eyes’ and ‘Life in the Fast Lane’ will be included. Others that would probably be performed include ‘Heartache Tonight,’ ‘Witchy Woman,’ ‘Peaceful Easy Feeling,’ ‘Already Gone,’ ‘I Can’t Tell Why,’ and others.

The band will also use tracks that are not frequently played to add variety to the mix as well. There is also the possibility that Deacon Frey will get his moment in the limelight to perform one or two songs in honor of his father just like he did in the previous tour.

Since Eagles concerts are marathon affairs, they pack in as many hits as they can. Amateurs can be standing for more than 2,5 hours per night!!! It should be also very good in terms of production, of course, with high-quality lighting, projections and maybe theatre elements.

    Ticket Availability and Prices:

Because people want to witness the Eagles’ core four performing live, it’s believed that tickets will be sold out instantly for all the concert venues. Some facilities may have official platinum seats with the pricing set higher to discourage scalpers.

Ticket prices are dependent on the city, though the cheapest tickets are usually priced around $150, while the best tickets are often in the $500+ range. Again, prices could increase depending on the escalated platinum market prices. There are also VIP packages with exclusive features for the most dedicated Eagles fans with big pockets.

In some markets, the AARP provides presales and discounted opportunities to its members. Signing up to fan clubs or artists’ mailing lists can also be useful for gaining presale ticket access before the public on-sales as well. The fastest way of getting updates on all ticketing details as they are released is by visiting the band's official website or following their social media accounts regularly.

In other words, demand outstrips supply. Those looking forward to watching the Eagles the next time they go on stage in 2023 should keep their eyes open to get the tickets as soon as they come up. These legendary rockers will not be easy to include in your 2023 calendar of events and performances – true fans will have to work for it. However, the pleasure of getting to hear those rich Eagles harmonies once more after years out of the game could just be worth the price of admission alone.
