After 19 live performances in the South and Midwest, Eric Church will take his tour to the West in late July. Tourist attractions on the second part of the tour are Denver, Salt Lake City, Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco. The western run of shows concludes with two concerts at the Moda Center in Portland on August 4 and 5.

Tour three of the 2023 tour schedule starts for Eric Church in the middle of August, and he goes back to the East Coast. Some of the major stops are Boston, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, and Raleigh. The tour is wrapped up after 39 performances all with two shows each at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina where Eric hails from.

Since Eric Church is a very popular artist, who has a rather passionate fan base, it is assumed that most of the performances should be sold out within a short time. The tickets have been released already for the first round of concerts. The fans are advised to be quick, to secure their places in this monumental spectacle from one of the most popular country artists of the past ten years.

Eric Church Rises as an Antagonist in Country Genre Eric Church is one country music artist who has managed to find his niche and thus has many fans across all ages of people. Known as “The Outsider,” Church has embraced that role throughout his journey from dingy bars to packed auditoriums.

The Outsiders Revival Tour is named after Church’s triple-platinum album released in 2014, and fans can expect to hear these songs performed live. It also means that Church will keep on producing songs that do not conform to typical commercial country music norms that his fans are used to listening to.

Church co-writes most of his songs and has been lauded for his storytelling ability and raspy voice. His concerts are often long and not restrained by the setlist, they include long guitar solos and improvised covers. The Revival Tour is about reviving that sort of moment.

It has been a great journey from Small Town North Carolina to Headlining Tours. Eric Church was born in Guilford County, North Carolina but was raised in Granite Falls, where he started performing at a tender age. Because of this, Church had to drop out of college and move to Nashville to become a songwriter after high school.

He finally signed with Capitol Nashville and released his first album Sinners Like Me in the year 2006. The lead single of the album, “How Bout You,” also became a hit which boosted the young artist, Church, to prominence in the country music genre.

Over the next few years, Church continued to develop his fan base through touring extensively and releasing more albums. His rise to the headliner position can be attributed to the noisy #1 platinum hit “Drink in My Hand” in 2011 and the reflective #1 hit “Springsteen” in 2012.

Over the past few years, Church has established himself as a powerhouse in country music with multiple sold-out tours and albums such as Mr. Misunderstood, Desperate Man, and Heart & Soul. As an A-list headliner, 2023’s The Outsiders Revival Tour appears to be his largest series of concerts ever.

What Fans Can Expect on the 2023 Tour The Outsiders Revival Tour will be a journey through the new and old tracks of Eric Church that are rebellious and rock, emotional and powerful.

Like all the previous Church shows, the audience can look forward to the fact that the set list and covers will be chosen with great uncertainty for each following night. The show is also expected to go on for more than 2 hours as Church takes a very long time on stage without taking a break.

The stage setting and lighting will also be an unbroken motion. During most parts of the show, Church does not want any frills as it detracts from the core offering of music. However, he has been known to use fireworks, omni-screens, and the rest of the flashy visuals for a spectacular climax.

The audience going to the shows is strongly advised to sing along to Church’s songs because he loves a good loud chorus. Another factor is the crowd banter as well since Church likes to talk to the fans in between songs.

It is safe to say that Eric Church is going to have some big shoes to fill in 2023. He has been producing his albums for almost one and a half decades, and he is now at the level of touring that most of the legends in country music attain in their careers. Still, Church has reached the top with his flair and an unyielding individuality that his fans have embraced in record numbers. Anyone going to a show on The Outsiders Revival Tour will be able to look forward to the kind of energy and special musical happenings only Church can bring to the table each night.
