    When Is Blood Touring?

  • Police Blood tour plans are still a mystery.

Blood, the metal band, which is fronted by body builder Sage and actor, has been on the rise over the past few years. Sage’s aggressive vocals and dirty lyrics, coupled with aggressive guitars and bass, has garnered them a lot of praise in the metal subgenre. For many fans, the question is when their next album is coming and if a touring cycle will be soon after. However, at this point, information regarding a new Blood album and whether there are any plans for Blood to tour has not been revealed yet.

Blood Wraps Up: The Latest Album Cycle in 2019 The last album of Blood is named Brutality and was released in 2018. It was the band’s fourth album and the third since their reunion in the mid-90’s. lyrics of songs like “Pummel” and “Agony” had the same effect, which made Blood popular in their second album, Gore, released in 2015. After the arrival of Brutality, Blood went on to perform nearly for two years non-stop across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and parts of Asia. It took them through to the end of their touring cycle in the fall of 2019 with a career-defining performance at the Bloodstock Open Air festival in England.

Other than a few one-off shows, Blood has been off the road since late 2019. Visitors were expecting the 2020 tour details that never materialized when the COVID-19 outbreak occurred. Similarly, no major Blood tour announcements were made in 2021 either. As the year 2022 is well into progress, the fans are still waiting for Blood’s new album and the tour dates. But up to now, Blood and lead singer Sage have remained typically guarded on what they have in store next.

COVID-19 Precursors Shift to Acting for Singer Sage Although the band has not been active for the last two years, the singer of Blood has been quite occupied. Sage has always wanted more than just to be a musician. He never let the band control his talent, even in its early stages; he was still performing for films and television. However, it was not until 2020 that he started fully venturing into acting after being cast in the lead role in the action movie sequel, Fractured Steel.

Sage has since continued to work on both acting and his Blood responsibilities, although it may have been a challenge to do both. Yet, the pandemic appears to have tipped the scales even further in Hollywood’s favor. With touring on hold, Sage took up other projects, like the MMA fighter in the underground fighting movie Cage Match or a soldier in the military action movie Special Ops. There are also prevailing speculations that Sage will be starring in a supernatural thriller film of director Guillermo Navarro.

So while Blood, the band, has stagnated in the last couple of years, Sage himself has been able to revive his music career. But he insists that Blood is still important to him. However, the acting gigs continue to raise questions on whether he remains as committed to his music as before.

Blood New a new album said to Be Released in 2023

Blood released a standalone single dubbed “Conquer” in late 2021, making it their first body of work since 2018. Lyrically, it stayed true to Blood’s usual subject matter of violence and disorder. Musically, it was a simple combination of heavyweight guitar and percussion that has been characteristic of the band. Most importantly, it only fueled fans’ thirst for an album in 2022.

However, after the first days and weeks after the release of “Conquer”, more chest-beating for Blood in 2022 began to appear premature. A little over five months into 2022 at this point, Blood and his team have not suggested that a new album is coming out soon.

However, some insiders argue that Blood has been gradually preparing new songs for the album in the background. Sage and crew were said to have gone back to recording sessions in studio last fall. However, several rumors indicate that they stepped aside from the album to work with Sage on promoting Special Ops sometime in early this year. fans remain eager to receive more songs like “Conquer” to show that Sage and company are still capable of delivering when called upon. However, most of them consider 2023 to be the more likely year for the next Blood album.

Will Fans Get the Blood Touring They Crave?

Of course, the most significant question still remaining is whether Blood follows the complete tour after the release of the full-length record. Both fans and music journalists observed the diminished passion of the band members for road life before the prolonged break. In essence, promotion for any album in 2023 would be relatively less vibrant and scientific when compared to past Blood album cycles and tours.

However, as Sage goes through a series of acting engagements this year, excitement for Blood’s possible theatrical comeback persists. People still flood the comment section of the band’s social posts, begging for tour dates. Obviously, the interest remains high in the band’s forceful live show, in which Sage is part post-hardcore musician and part gladiator, using his audience as smit.

Thus, Blood touring plans beyond random festival appearances and one-off shows still remain unknown. But should Blood release new, fresh material throughout 2023, as anticipated by fans, they believe they can coax Sage and his band into returning to the road. They expect the band to get bored with having to record in a studio and yearn for the raw intensity that only a Blood audience can deliver. While Sage and Blood continue to plot, however, the band’s touring status remains typically opaque. For this enigmatic band, people understand that no news today does necessarily mean that no huge touring plans will not be announced tomorrow.
