Jack & Jack released a video today announcing their tour for 2016. Teenage singers Jack Johnson and Jack Gilinsky, popularly known as Jack & Jack, have planned a headlining tour of North America come this fall. The tour, officially called the Jack & Jack Tour, will start in Miami on September 15 and continue until mid November with stops at New York, Chicago, Toronto and Los Angeles among others.
Jack & Jack said the following in a combined statement: “We are so excited to hit the road again and see all your beautiful faces on tour. ” So we thought it’s time to bring some JJ fun back to life and show the fans some love by sharing new songs and a great new show.
The tour is in promotion of their sophomore album A Good Friend Is Nice released in September 2020. It is a music album that was launched in May, and it is a great record of their development as of musicians and composers. Some of the songs are more grown up love songs such as “No One Compares To You” and “Where Do You Go” while others are pop rap like “Gold” and “Bleach”.
