    When The Killers Concert Tour?

  • The Killers are set to return to touring in 2023 as they have not been so active on the roads in the recent past. The rock band originating from Las Vegas unveiled several shows in North America and Europe in support of Pressure Machine, their 2021 album.

The tour starts on 12th May at Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas. They will tour across the United States and Canada up to late June and will be performing in large cities including Chicago, Toronto, New York, and Los Angeles among others. The North American segment of the tour concludes with two shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado on June 24th-25th.

The Killers then take a short hiatus before kicking off again in Europe in mid-August. The extensive overseas tour includes performances in Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and so on. A few of the key venues in the European tour include the O2 Arena in London, the Accor Arena in Paris, and the Zenith in Munich.

This is the heaviest touring plan for The Killers since the 2017 Wonderful Wonderful record. The band has been choosy with shows in recent years as Flowers put out a solo record and the group recorded Pressure Machine. It featured the popular track My Souls Warning.

The audience can look forward to hearing Pressure Machine tracks alongside Killers hits such as Mr Brightside, Somebody Told Me, Human, When You Were Young, etc. The performance will span through their near about two decades of togetherness as a band; some of their hits along with some album numbers are sure to resonate with the ardent rock lovers.

The Killers took form in 2004 but only really emerged into the mainstream with the evergreen anthem; Mr Brightside. Based on stellar recommendations, the song gained immense popularity in the UK before it went global. To date, it remains one of the most streamed songs in the history of music. The band was quick to follow it up with a series of classics that put them firmly in place as one of the finest rock bands of the 2000s.

However, as each album cycle emerges, the real fans come out of the shadows showing that The Killers are still relevant and cherished by their audience. Their love for heartland rock and Flowers’ theatrical vocals keep them from being simply a band that represents mid-aughts nostalgia. Surely, 2023 will bring more of such gems into the list of great Killers songs to pump your fists to.

While fans are still waiting for them to come back to their glittery beginnings, The Killers are still experimenting - no two records are ever alike. The dancing beats created by Mark Stoermer and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. support any synthesizer or raw guitar chords that may enhance Brandon’s stories.

The Pressure Machine tour will see the band with its original lineup of Brandon, Ronnie, Mark, and touring member, guitarist, and keyboardist Ted Sablay. Lead guitarist Dave Keuning who was with the band earlier has been missing from the tours but contributed to the recent album. People begin to wonder whether a full reunion is possible or maybe at least for several shows in 2023 tour dates but the band carries on regardless.

That being said when the much-delayed world tour commences later this Spring, one thing is for sure: The Killers want to perform in the largest stadiums in every city they visit. Very few bands are known to have had such a rapid rise as they had from the onset and as of this writing, nearly twenty years later, the demand from fans and critics is still incredibly insatiable.

The Killers have only expanded in size, while a plethora of other bands have either disappeared or plateaued in terms of development. Gargantuan choruses and youthfulness of the heart guarantee affection night after night and year after year from the fans.
