    When Tool Concert Tour Schedule?

  • The Offspring is also planning a large-scale concert tour to be in 2023. The legendary punk rock band originating from Orange County, California has released a schedule for the world tour that will take place in the summer and in the fall. This would be the first proper headlining tour for The Offspring since 2012, when they were supporting the album Days Go By.

Audiences are eagerly looking forward to the break that The Offspring is going to give them. Their stage performances are incredibly lively, characterized by raw punk energy with the band’s frontman, Dexter Holland, and guitarist Noodles running around and giving their best to the mic and the guitar respectively, all to the backdrop of tight, heavily distorted punk songs. The Offspring came out of relative obscurity in the mainstream rock scene in 1994 with the album Smash. With such songs such as Self Esteem, Come Out and Play, and Gotta Get Away, Smash is the highest-selling independent album in history. Despite this, they have sustained their true identity and the devoted followership they have earned since the onset of the 1990s while simultaneously evolv[ing] their sound, and refining [their] songwriting.

The Offspring assures fans that the tour upcoming tour will be a huge celebration of the band’s discography. They will definitely be pulling out songs from those early punk albums that include Smash, Ixnay on the Hombre and Americana. But they will also be including the great tracks from their other albums like Days Go By released in 2012 and Let the Bad Times Roll released in 2021. Praised for their high-octane stage presence, this show will feature punk favourites performed at standard-issue velocity by the newly seasoned group.

Thus far only European and UK dates have been released but many are expecting the band to launch a full North American tour later this year. Offspring is scheduled to embark on his European/UK tour in 2023 and it is slated to commence on the June 16, 2023 in Nickelsdorf, Austria. They will be performing in big cities such as Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Manchester, Glasgow, and many others throughout early August. Opening bands or supporting artists have not been revealed.

Despite the fact that the band has been active for almost three decades, The Offspring remain a live force to be reckoned with. This aggression is driven by Holland’s signature guttural vocals and Noodles’ rapid guitar riffing that powers the punk rock engine of the band. Completing the band is the bass guitarist Todd Morse who has been with The Offspring since 2003 and the drummer Pete Parada who has been with the band since 2007.

This tour will be the first live shows of The Offspring since the new drummer Zelick entered the group in 2022. Original drummer Ron Welty left the group in 2003 in order to seek other prospects; popular drummer Atom Willard joined the group in 2009 up to their 2019 tour; Parada was the last drummer that joined up to their 2022 tour. I wonder how Zelick’s powerful sounding of the drums as a new member influences their live performances.

Audiences would be expecting to listen to some of the other songs from the latest album Let the Bad Times Roll such as the title track, Behind Your Walls and We Never Have Sex Anymore. But the band knows what the crowds really want – those classic ‘90s punk tunes played fast and loud We can surely look forward to such brilliance as Pretty Fly (For a White Guy), Why Don’t You Get a Job, Original Prankster, and their version of The Damned’s Smash It Up.

Given the fact that it has been a while since the Offspring’s last world tour, they are going to hit the ground running. It is great to see Dexter Holland’s caption glasses together with Noodles’ hair bangs and punk rock attitude that every fan who has been waiting for the band to return to the big stage will be happy to see.

Although the European/UK leg has been given a definite plan, fans of the event are eagerly waiting for the North American leg to be announced. They still enjoy a massive fan base in the United States which is something that the Offspring must be glad they came from the southern California punk scene. Certainly, places such as Colorado’s Red Rocks or the Hollywood Bowl, which is in the band’s home city of Los Angeles, would be delighted to have them return.

If and when North American dates are released, we can only imagine how ticket sales for their 2023 tour go through the roof. There will always be large interest to witness these embodiments of West Coast punk rock while they continue to have some juice left in them. With more than 40 million albums sold globally and numerous songs for the alternative radio hits list, The Offspring are rightfully considered to be punk rock veterans.

This concert tour will bring a much-needed resurgence for The Offspring who inspire generations of punk, rock, and alternative bands. It remains quite remarkable that they are still active in the music scene today all started more than 35 years ago. From the humble beginnings performing in Orange County clubs to now sharing the stage at festivals and arenas in different parts of the globe.

Based on the fans’ response on social media, this is going to be among the most sought-after concert tickets next year, 2023. It is thus impossible to compare any other punk rock show to the experience of watching The Offspring live in action. This will be a must-see tour for punk enthusiasts, young and old.
