When All That Remains Concert Tour?

All That Remains is a modern metal band from Massachusetts active on the scene since 1998, frequently touring and issuing new albums. The band is composed of Phil Labonte as the vocalist, Oli Herbert and Mike Martin playing the guitars, Aaron Patrick on bass, and Jason Costa on drums. The All That Remains has recorded nine studio albums in more than 20 years and has been awarded and nominated for the Grammy Award in 2005.

The band is on tour across North America and Europe for the new album named ‘Victim of the New Disease. ’ The tour began in November of 2018 and is expected to continue till August of 2019 with more than 60 shows planned. To date, it has included shows in key markets of the United States and Canada such as Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Toronto, New York, and Philadelphia among others. The European leg will commence in June and will include performances in several cities in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, and several other places and will conclude in Belgium.

Bands currently on tour with All That Remains are bands such as Attila, Escape the Fate, and Sleep Signals. These concerts include new songs from the latest album and some older hits such as “Two Weeks,” “What If I Was Nothing,” and “This Calling. ” Both performances are characterized by energetic sets that are equally appealing to both newer and older fans of the group.

Lead singer Phil Labonte is always present to unleash his hearty vocals and his stage performance through which he gives fans a visual and audio treat. Lead guitarist Oli Herbert and rhythm guitarist Mike Martin give the crowd a looney solo and bassist Aaron Patrick and drummer Jason Costa provide the band with a solid beat. Right from the first note to the last, seeing All That Remains perform is one of the most intense and powerful experiences any fan of heavy metal could wish for.

The events have had elaborate lighting and a backdrop that has a different theme for each song in the concert. There is also the use of pyrotechnics to highlight the climax and the dips within a song. Some are follow spots that are narrowly focused while others are flood lights that sweep the venue at certain times to illuminate band members. A variety of lighting makes a concert interesting to watch.

Between the two songs that Phil performed, he paused and spoke to the listeners about his motivations and role models. He discusses how the band has evolved in the last 20 years but they continue to perform the hybrid metal music that most listeners are accustomed to. The other members of the band also engage in some small talk with the audience as they adjust their instruments before getting into the next energetic song.

Hence, the reviews gathered from the tours have been largely positive with critics commending the band for their energetic stage presence and multiple ways of performing the setlist. People have appreciated the feeling of being able to listen to new material from the latest album combined with some of the older songs that have earmarked their metal genre. Critics and fans have stated that the production quality of the shows is even higher than in previous tours and series.

The current tour is in support of their 2018 album titled ‘Victim of the New Disease’ which came out in November. This is their third consecutive album that entered the Top 20 list and this particular album debuted at position 8 on the Billboard list. It has a slight evolution in their kind of music but embodies the metal genre they are associated with. Such tracks as “Fuck Love,” and “Everything’s Wrong” are among the songs from the new material that are considered favorites by fans. Of course, songs like “This Calling” and “Two Weeks” are still not rare for sports fans to go insane on their first few notes.

I wonder how much longer All That Remains is going to keep touring for this record. However, with more than half a year of this tour cycle left, there is still a chance to watch them perform live in concert before they start taking it easy. According to the SRR, the group is over twenty years old, and given this it cannot be very long before new material surfaces and the process restarts. One thing remains for sure, All That Remains has crafted a fan base that will be prepared once the next album is released.

As for now, metal fans in North America and Europe still have the next 6 months to enjoy the live shows by Phil and the band during this 2018-2019 tour. It is an entertaining show with a rich collection of various songs, both from recent years and from the past. See them live in a city of your choice if you want to enjoy the best heavy metal concert of today. Horns up!
