The Enrique Iglesias New Concert Tour
Popular Spanish pop singer, Enrique Iglesias, who once said ‘Rhythm is alive’, has no doubt proved that his music is alive as he has just released details of a concert tour that will see him perform across North America and Europe in the upcoming year, 2023. This is the frontman’s first full-scale tour since he went on the “Sex and Love” album tour 2017-2018.
The tour is accordingly named ‘Enrique Iglesias Live’ and new songs are expected to be on the playlist together with old hits from this singer who has been in the industry for nearly three decades. People are likely to demand him to perform the energetic shows that he is used to with perfect stages and lighting included. Based on previous shows, fans’ favorites such as ‘Be With You’, ‘Rhythm Divine’, and ‘I Like It’ are likely to be performed alongside the new ones.
Starting from March 2023, the tour will consist of several shows in Mexico and then followed by the shows in the United States in April. He will headline at least one or more arenas across major cities such as Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Miami, and many others. The North American part of the tour ends in early June, but immediately after that Iglesias will be going to Europe where he will continue touring through the fall.
Up to date, the tour stops have been scheduled for Countries like the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and other European countries. The last show currently planned is in Dublin, Ireland in early October 2023. Other dates are still likely to be scheduled in the subsequent months to complete the world tour.
When asked about the recently released concerts, Iglesias said, ‘ I have been eager to go on tour and perform for fans once again. I am looking forward to seeing everyone out there and having a good time together while enjoying live music again!’
The 47-year-old singer has been active in the music scene since 1995, releasing his self-titled album, and since then has had record sales of over 180 million. He has not had an album that contains new material since 2014 but still occasionally records with other artists and puts out the occasional single. His latest popular track is 2021’s “Me Pasé” featuring Farruko which garnered massive attention in Latin America.
While it remains unknown whether Iglesias is planning on releasing a new album to complement the tour or if he will be performing a number of his previous hits for the fans. Nonetheless, who has penned hits for ‘Hero’ is going to thrill his fans with an amazing stage performance complemented by his onstage persona developed over years in the music industry.
Since he is a highly popular artist not only in his home country Spain and throughout Latin America but internationally, ticket sales are expected to be through the roof when they are released next month. It may be slightly high due to the few shows that have been slated so far and the excitement that surrounds his live performances.
