Fantasia Barrino plans on going on a new concert tour.
Fantasia has revealed new concert dates across the United States starting in the spring of 2023 as an R&B vocal powerhouse. The Grammy-winning artist will be touring in support of her eighth studio album Sketchbook and in honor of the twentieth year after winning the American Idol in 2004.
The tour is titled "Sketchbook: The show called ‘The Tour” and during the show, she will perform some songs from her latest album and some of her greatest hits which are on her ten-plus years of music. There will also be some twists and additional bits that will honor her journey in the industry in the past two decades.
Tour Dates and Locations
The Sketchbook tour is scheduled to begin on March 1, 2023, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Fantasia will then perform in major cities along the eastern seaboard and down to the sunny south and Midwest. She will be doing shows in places such as theaters and concert halls in New York, Atlanta, Memphis, Chicago, and other places.

The list only contains a timetable for the first phase of the Fantasia concert tour. Additional dates and venues should be added soon as she intends to perform through at least summer 2023.
Expectations from the Show
Based on the title of the concert, fans should prepare for performances that include many of Fantasia’s songs from the latest album, Sketchbook. Sketchbook was released in June 2022 and marks a shift back to R&B with her vocals dominating the track list, which is infused with old-school soul and modern production. Such songs as “Holy Ghost”, “Positive” and “Locked Down” would expected to be sung.
