When Little Big Town Concert Tour?

Little Big Town has announced that they will be embarking on The Bandwagon Tour starting in 2023. The Grammy-winning country group recently revealed a long list of concerts for this year in support of their 2020 project, Nightfall.

The Sing-Off will be launched on the 12th of January and will feature three artists including Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook. Fans can see them in January and February during performances in cities, including Houston, Tampa, Atlanta, Charleston, and others.

In March, The Bandwagon Tour moves further up the eastern seaboard to Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, and other locations. There will be a three-night stand at Ryman Auditorium Nashville between the southeast and northeast runs for the band Little Big Town.

Beginning in April and going through June, Little Big Town brings its headlining show to its home region of the Midwest and the mountain states. Some of the tour destinations are shows in Chicago, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Boise during this leg. They will also perform several shows in major cities like St Louis and Des Moines.

After that, the band is back in the Pacific Northwest and Canada in July for the expected shows in Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary, and others. In August, they are expected to perform across the West Coast with venues identified to be in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix amongst others.

Little Big Town has a few more concert dates lined up in the Bandwagon Tour for September and October before wrapping it up with shows in the southern and eastern parts of the United States. They are to perform consecutively in Dallas and Houston, they also have shows planned in New Orleans, Atlanta, Nashville, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and Orlando. The tour is planned to end on October 13 in Jacksonville.

On their official website, Little Big Town released a statement regarding a concert tour they are glad to be back on the road performing for the fans. “I, Richard, Kate, and Mark have invested all our efforts in The Bandwagon Tour,” they said. “It marks this band’s triumph also as well as the vibe of music, tales, and fellowship that our fans have been experiencing at The Ryman residency Indeed, it’s a coast-to-coast carnival, and we’re eager to fire it up,”

The Bandwagon Tour got its name from Little Big Town’s song of the same title from the band’s Tornado album released in 2012. This song, its lyrics are about keeping it going and taking it where it needs to be, and this song perfectly captures a band’s live presence and interaction with its audiences. Little Big Town is a band that enjoys being on stage and has a very positive energy live, sort of like watching an outdoor summer concert.

Thus, fans will presumably be able to look forward to hearing that particular song live, in addition to other well-known songs that have been released by Little Big Town throughout the band’s existence, which at this point has exceeded two decades. Some of the fan-favorite songs and songs that could be included in the bandwagon tour may include Girl Crush, Day Drinking, Pontoon, Tumble and Fall, Better Man, and Boondocks.

Of course, Little Big Town will also sing some of the songs from Nightfall, which received critical acclaim and was considered by many as the band’s best album. Songs such as, “Over Drinking,” “Wine, Beer, Whiskey,” and the title track will likely be high points of the show. The ballads that they perform live include “Sober” and “ Good As Gone” and their four-part harmonies are always featured prominently during performances.

Though LBT is most famous for its powerful ballads with tender and heartfelt lyrics with influences from other genres, now and then, the band can also churn out some peppy, happy numbers. Songs like ‘Quit Breaking Up With Me’ and ‘Little White Church’ should be quick-paced in a bid to encourage dancing.

During their time off from touring, Little Big Town has also been the headliner of a multiple-season residency show, Sam Amidon at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. The unique set of shows involves the band playing on a circular stage while also incorporating guest appearances and opening/new artists. The residency is rather close and gives the atmosphere of friends improvising a jam session in someone’s house while sharing the backstage of Little Big Town’s creative process with the fans. Sometimes portions of those shows are even incorporated into the group’s touring repertoire.

The members of the Little Big Town’s fan club and those who are on the band’s mailing list usually get the privilege of being allowed to buy tickets before the actual on-sale day the general public gets to know about. Customers are informed through e-mail of Pre-Sale start times and codes. Tickets will be available for purchase to the general public from Friday, 16th of September in most cities. Head to LittleBigTown. Com for tour dates and all things pre-sale and sale-related.

Little Big Town, in previous touring cycles, has used different pricing strategies such as variable ticket prices depending on the closeness of the date of the show. In their case, prices next to sold-out dates rise while the tickets with low sales are lowered. This unique strategy from the band is aimed at improving attendance and selling seats that could remain vacant until the performance begins.

The fans are encouraged to get their tickets from legitimate sources such as the venue’s ticket counter and the band’s official website. Other safe platforms for ticket purchasing include resale markets such as Vivid Seats, StubHub, or SeatGeek, which may offer tickets at reasonable prices. However, customers need to be careful with third-party sellers and ticket scalpers.

For the 2023 tour, Little Big Town has once again enlisted Kentuckian Chris Stapleton as the opening act for all of their headliners. Who better to tour with Little Big Town than the multiple Grammy winner with a vast repertoire of rock-infused country hits to his name? Audiences will receive two full sets of music each night from this dynamic duo of acts reigning supreme in country music.

Earlier performances on The Bandwagon Tour also featured Hailey Whitters, Tenille Townes, and Lee Brice in some shows. It is recommended that one should get there early enough to watch these young talents perform.
