When Neon Trees Concert Tour?

Neon Trees is an American rock band originating from Provo, Utah, United States, and was founded in the year 2005. The band is composed of lead vocalist Tyler Glenn, guitarist Chris Allen, bassist Branden Campbell, and drummer Elaine Bradley. Neon Trees are famous for their popular songs, Animal and Everybody Talks, in their debut album Habits.

Following the chart success of Habits, Neon Trees embarked on several headlining tours from the year 2010-2012 for this album. They also performed at different music festivals such as Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, and the Isle of Wight Festival and supported bands like The Offspring and My Chemical Romance. There was a lot of touring going on during this period as they moved across North America several times to perform for their increasing audience.

Some key Neon Trees tour dates from the Habits album cycle included:

March 2010 – Tour Habits in North America Summer 2010 – Support tour for 30 Seconds to Mars September 2010 - Trekking with My Chemical Romance Spring 2011 – West Coast tour with Panic at the Disco Summer 2011 saw the band headline the Midwest and East Coast. September 2011 – Final leg of Fallen US tour and supporting Duran Duran on a tour across UK/Europe Summer 2012 – Another North American headline tour

Nonstop touring after the release of Habits stopped briefly as Neon Trees came back in early 2014 with a new single called “Sleeping with a Friend” before their April 2014 album, Pop Psychology. The song was another hit for the band that also reached the charts of the top 10 alternative radio stations.

The Pop Psychology touring cycle began immediately following the album release as Neon Trees embarked on a co-headlining North American spring tour with Hunter Hayes and subsequently embarked on their headlining tour. During the summer of 2014, the band continues to play more shows and festivals to finally embark on a European tour in the Fall of 2014.

Key Neon Trees Pop Psychology era tour dates:

March 14, 2014 - Supports Hunter Hayes on North American Tour Summer 2014 – Playing headlining shows and fests, Lollapalooza Fall 2014 – Tour as the headliner across Europe Early 2015 saw the band return to North America for radio shows as well as festivals. Autumn 2015 - Yet another tour of the headliner across the countries where intimate clubs are filled with fans.

Following the touring for the Pop Psychology record, Neon Trees took a break for some time and then returned in 2018 with the new track “Feel Good” from the new upcoming album. However, after several performances in the year, lead singer Tyler Glenn announced that he was to go solo and support his personal album Excommunication. This effectively pauses Neon Trees for the next couple of years.

Finally, Neon Trees leased a new single “Used to Like” in July, 021 after a long break between albums. This precedes their fifth studio album I Can Feel You Forgetting Me, released in September 2021. After that, the band shared a massive North American tour in early 2022 in support of the new album.

Key Neon Trees 2022 tour dates so far:

January 2022 – Tucson, Arizona January 2022 – Las Vegas, NV February 2022 – Dallas, Texas Houston, TX – February 2022 March 2022 – Atlanta, Georgia March of 2022 – Nashville, Tennessee April 2022 – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania April 2, 2022 – Mashantucket, Connecticut May 2022 - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania May 2022 – Detroit, Michigan

From what I can see, the band has a busy schedule for Spring where they will be performing songs off I Can Feel You Forgetting Me as well as some other hits. More tours for the summer will probably be scheduled or maybe they will be able to perform at some festivals or even a few weeks of shows in Europe.

The Neon Trees die-hard fans must be eagerly waiting to catch their favorite band live after such a long time and singing to familiar tunes such as ‘Animal’; while at the same time getting the taste of new tracks from this new album. Since the band is established, with a rather rich discography after 20 years, the shows are expected to feature a rather diverse set list that would encompass the band’s works and achievements. Tyler Glenn continues to be one of the most passionate artists and singers who is ready to conquer even the largest stage.

The upcoming tour should see Neon Trees performing with a lot of energy and zeal having taken a long break. Returning with much more to say, Neon Trees is adept at creating catchy pop/rock songs while also thrilling fans in concert. Neon Trees concerts are still flashy and spirited, full of cheerful neon lights and catchy tunes that recall a happier time for alt-rock.
